The requirements to come on a Short Term Missions Experience or (Spiritual Transformation Ministry) is to have a minimum of 10 people from your church or area, willing to come down and serve with a good attitude. In order to do this you have to be of age, or with a responsible adult (like Youth Pastor or Parents, 12 to 14 year olds may come accompanied by an adult or parent), you must be willing to abide by the Inca Link guidelines, and you must be willing to let God transform your life. These experiences are always life changing if we give 100% at the STM.
