Many Pastors and leaders of Youth in our churches feel ALONE. This ministry called MP-3 came out of a HUGE need within us all to have mentoring and pastoring. For someone to come along side us and ask, “how are you?” “I am praying for you.”

Parte of our theme is “You are more important than what you do.” We are a group of Pastors and Youth leaders that are in the process of mentorship and pastoring in three areas of our lives.. Body, Soul and Spirit.

We exist to:

Dreams –

1. Quito – That we grow to include ALL of the Youth Pastors of the Alliance in Quito.
2. Guayaquil – Begin an MP-3 there with all of the Youth Pastors of the Alliance in that city.
