Eric and Molly are serving as the Directors of Inca Link Costa Rica (ILCR) Academic Residency Program, named Katamanthano. This program exists to discover, develop and deploy the next generation of missionaries to the nations. Katamanthano hosts college students who are studying in their universities through virtual online programming while working side-by-side with ILCR staff serving in the communities of Costa Rica. This program has 5 focused ministry pillars: virtual academic learning, ILCR community ministry, cultural experiences, personal mentorship, and cohort discussions. Eric works to partner with colleges, universities, and seminaries in order to gain accreditation for each student who attends.
