Kristen Cope

missionary

Kristen grew up in Warren, Ohio. She loves story telling, chocolate and dogs. She went to college at Asbury University and graduated with a Media Communications degree in 2014 and has been working with ministries ever since to provide media support. Being raised in a Christian and Missionary Alliance church, she has always been drawn to ministry work, whether that is in her community in Ohio or around the world. She has seen doors open to participate in various ministries through her video work and wants to continue to use her training and story telling to connect with people in Ecuador and to connect cultures to Ecuador as well.

She has always known that missions was going to part of her everyday life, and she is very excited to be working with Inca Link and Bonsai’s After-School Program to bring support through media, communication and the Gospel to continue the work that has already been going on in Manta.

She finished her resident missionary one-year term in 2020 and has fallen in love with Ecuador, specifically Manta, where she will be working full time in 2021.
