Happy Terrific Tuesday! We are in North Carolina with Lucas (the founder of e625, a successful author, and one of our bosses) and his wife Valeria Leys. These are people that have inspired us and helped us so much in how to reach the new generations.

• What’s a point of hope that you see in the new generations? The point of hope is Christ. Christ is always the most important point of hope here now and in the future generations, too. But it is very important for the leaders to train and help the kids go through these new challenges. So, Christ is the hope.
• What can leaders do to be trained and do a better job of discipleship? God gave us two ears and one mouth; I believe that means that it is wise to listen double the amount that we talk. Sadly, we do not always get that idea and we talk too much. So my counsel for every leader is always listen to kids. Ask many questions and let them talk.
