OUR Team

We serve as the vital bridge between North American churches and ministry sites across Latin America. Our primary mission is to move teams beyond “trip-taking” and toward authentic missional living. This is done by partnering with churches to recruit, plan, and organize teams, connecting their unique gifts to the specific needs of our field sites. We prepare participants before departure, fostering a missional mindset and cultural sensitivity.

On the field, we lead and guide teams through challenges, mentoring leaders and interns to ensure long-term spiritual fruitfulness. Upon return, we lead debrief sessions, to help participants evaluate their experiences and strategically apply lessons learned in Latin America to their own communities and circles back home.
