Jake is currently serving as the Executive Director for Inca Link Costa Rica (ILCR) and is responsible for reporting the progress and the growth of ministry and relationships directly to the ILCR Board of Directors.
Jake and Jenn are currently serving as Missionary Team Leads in Costa Rica. Jake and Jenn spend time investing in and resourcing the missionary team of ILCR as well as overseeing the daily operations and administration of the ministry. Jake and Jenn hold ILCR team meetings regularly, ensuring that all ministry needs are being met and all team members are encouraged.
Jake and Jenn also set time aside with each individual missionary to dialogue on a more personal level about the spiritual well-being of each missionary. This is in an effort to be more intentionally focused on the discipleship of the missionary team. Apart from that, Jake and Jenn are also responsible for the expansion and development of ministries throughout the whole of Costa Rica.
