OUR Team

Nacho: Nacho’s main focus is directing and inspiring our missionaries and national leaders, as we grow to share the love of Jesus Christ together as a team. This also includes organizing all projects and operations on the ground, searching for needs in the community, while taking a deeper dive into how we can serve our community spiritually. He also plans and prepares for global outreach teams as they come to serve with us throughout the year.

Along with daily operational needs, Nacho also directs the Cumbre Alta Costa Rica ministry in Montufar, which includes coaching basketball and fútbol to the kids of the local community four to five times per week.

Nacho is also personally connected to the local church of Tres Rios in the small neighborhood of Montufar, and continues to build relationships through our Inca Link ministries and God-centered conversations.

Osiris: Osiris’s main focus is directing and leading our college ministry, Mission Costa Rica. This includes connecting with college students who may be interested in future internships, all the way through guiding, leading, and getting them involved with our local ministries as they step foot on the ground.

Along with Mission Costa Rica, Osiris also leads English Conversation meetings two times per week with local college students from the University of Costa Rica (UCR). Engaging with students and connecting with them on a deeper level is her main focus for this next generation of spiritual leaders. She also works alongside Nacho to coach basketball to younger children who are interested in learning and want to have fun.

Osiris is also personally connected to the local church of Tres Rios in the small neighborhood of Montufar, and focuses on discipleship and friendship with local moms, single women, and young girls who strive to honor Christ with their lives or learn about who God really is.
