Maddy serves in a dual role as Intern Recruiter and Founder’s Assistant, helping to carry out the heart and vision of the ministry. As Intern Recruiter, she connects with mission-minded individuals, guiding them through the process of stepping into their calling through hands-on ministry experience-“squinting our eyes and ears to where the Lord is working and chasing after it”. Her role includes outreach, communication, and coordination to ensure each intern is equipped to grow and serve effectively.
In her role as Founder’s Assistant, Maddy provides vital administrative and logistical support to the leadership team. From managing calendars and communication to assisting with projects and planning, she helps create the structure needed for the ministry to thrive.
Rooted in a heart for service and the Great Commission, this dual role helps build up both the internal team and the broader impact of the mission.
