She assists the Casa Elizabeth staff in other programming, discipleship, and childcare as necessary.

She also works with Líder Plus, a ministry that mentors new generation leaders by providing resources and tools with a focus on discipleship. Anna writes the curriculum and plans for monthly online gatherings to help leaders grow in the character virtues of Jesus. She assists with the logistics of other meetings to develop mentors for these leaders and the execution of twice-a-year retreats for participants.

Anna has been a missionary with Inca LInk since 2017. She served for seven years as the sponsorship coordinator at Bonsai on the coast of Ecuador before moving to her home city of Quito in 2024 when she married Leo.
