Favorite Food From Country of Service: Locro de papas: a potato, cheese, and avocado soup that is very typical of the Andean highlands; Ceviche de camarón: a shrimp cocktail with tomato, lime, and popcorn.
Favorite Activity to do in Country of Service: Visiting the different regions of this very diverse country: Andean highlands, Amazon lowlands and the Pacific coast.
We will serve as guesthouse hosts for global outreach teams serving in Ecuador by providing a safe, hostel-like atmosphere that promotes community and fellowship, provides good nutrition, and permits rest following a challenging day of service to others.
We will use our prior missionary service with Mission Aviation Fellowship to challenge visiting young people to expend their lives in building God’s Kingdom.
